Hamilton Estate is a private development of 3 villas and 4 apartments adjacent to Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. Hamilton House stands in its own tropical garden with a large swimming pool and comprises 4 well-appointed 2-bedroom apartments. Jolly Beach is is just a few hundred yards away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees, and the entrance to the marina is also just a few minutes away. Hamilton House stands at the back of the Estate behind the villas. An external stairway at the rear of the house provides access to the top floor. The long open-plan living areas of the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for comfortable everyday living. An open arch leads to an inner hall accessing the bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartments feature spacious, covered verandas enjoying superb views towards the Caribbean. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. French doors lead from the master bedroom and the living room directly on to the veranda and can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. The guest bedroom also has a full bathroom. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in both of the bedrooms and the living area. The apartments are serviced with cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, and high-speed wireless Internet connection. Guests staying at Hamilton House can choose to include one or more days of their holiday aboard our 47' classic sailing ketch with a qualified skipper and professional hostess to take them on a sailing itinerary of their own choice; an ideal holiday option for experiencing the many pleasures of Caribbean cruising without forgoing the comfort of top quality shore based accommodation.
